What is a music & art school portal?
A music and art school portal is where teachers keep the lesson schedule on one calendar and students log their practice between lessons. It follows the Tracking pattern: a person's or asset's history, built up over time. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (student and teacher) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited students.
What it does
Teachers see the week's lessons on one calendar, not the office whiteboard
Lesson times lived on a whiteboard by the front desk and in each teacher's diary, and they rarely agreed after a reschedule. In Pory every lesson sits on a calendar with the student, teacher, discipline and time, marked scheduled, taught or cancelled. Teachers stop ringing the office to ask whether their 4:30 piano is still on.

Students log each practice session, so lessons start from what happened
Practice records were a paper diary that came back crumpled, blank, or filled in on the bus that morning. In Pory a student logs the piece, the date, the minutes and a line on what went well, and sees their own log as a list. Teachers start the lesson knowing whether the scales actually happened.
