What is a staffing agency portal?
A staffing agency portal is where client companies post roles and see the candidates put forward for each, and recruiters move every candidate through stages on one board. It follows the Client hubs pattern: one shared space per client: deliverables, documents, milestones. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (hiring manager and recruiter) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited client companies.
What it does
Hiring managers post a role with pay, location and start date
New roles came in as a phone call on the drive home and a job description written in 2019. In Pory the hiring manager posts the role, picks permanent, contract or temp, and fills in location, start date and pay. Your recruiters start sourcing that afternoon instead of calling back for the basics.

Recruiters drag each candidate from sourced to placed
Candidate progress lived in spreadsheets that each recruiter kept a different way. Every candidate is a card on one board, grouped by stage and labelled with the role they're up for. Recruiters drag a card from Screened to Shortlisted to Interviewing, and the whole desk can see who's close to placed.

Each client company sees its own roles and candidates, nobody else's
Shortlists went out as CVs attached to emails, which then got forwarded around the client's office. Each client signs in to Pory and sees only the roles they've posted and the candidates put forward for them, with each candidate's stage. A rival firm hiring for the same forklift shift never sees your shortlist.
