What is a catering orders portal?
A catering orders portal is where customers order a menu for their headcount and follow each order through to delivery, and the kitchen sees every event on one calendar. It follows the Requests pattern: someone submits, someone decides, it moves through statuses. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (customer and kitchen manager) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited customers.
What it does
Customers watch their order move from confirmed to out for delivery
On the morning of an event, the office manager rings twice to ask whether the food has left the kitchen. Each customer sees their own orders move through Received, Confirmed, Preparing, Out for delivery and Delivered. The kitchen fields fewer calls in the middle of the breakfast rush, and the customer knows the food is on its way.

The week's orders live on a whiteboard that someone wipes clean on Monday morning. Each order sits on a calendar by its event date, coloured by status, so the kitchen manager spots a Friday with three deliveries before it arrives. Click an order for the menu, the headcount and the dietary needs.
