What is an artist commissions portal?
An artist commissions portal is where clients request a commission with a brief and references, follow its progress from sketch to finished piece, and receive the files on the commission itself. It follows the Requests pattern: someone submits, someone decides, it moves through statuses. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (client and artist) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited clients.

Commission requests arrive as Instagram DMs, a half-remembered chat at a market stall and an email with nine attachments. The client fills in one form: what they want, the medium, when they need it by, and their reference photos. The artist starts from a complete brief instead of scrolling back through a month of messages.

Clients see their piece move from sketching to delivered
Artists lose painting hours answering "how's it coming along?" in five different inboxes. Each client sees their own commissions move through Requested, Accepted, Sketching, In progress and Delivered, and can open one to see what's been sent so far. They can check at midnight without the artist replying at midnight.

The artist delivers sketches and final files on the commission
Finished files go out as email attachments that bounce for being too big, then as a link that lapses before the client gets to the framer. The artist uploads each delivery against its commission, from the first sketch to the print-ready file, and the client opens them from their own list. The high-resolution file is still there at Christmas.
