No. Pory uses flat pricing with unlimited members, so a construction punch lists portal for 400 subcontractors costs the same as one for 40. More subcontractors is the point; it shouldn't be a billing event.

What is a construction punch lists portal?

A construction punch list portal is where the site team logs defects with photos, assigns each one to the trade responsible, and verifies the fix before it comes off the list. The client's representative follows handover progress on a checklist instead of waiting for a weekly email. It follows the Checklists pattern: the same task list, worked through again and again. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (site manager, trade and client's rep) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited subcontractors.

Defects were scrawled on marked-up drawings next to phone photos nobody could match to a unit. Walking the floors, the site manager logs the defect, attaches a photo, names the unit and room, and picks the trade. It joins the punch list with the photo on it, so nobody argues about which scuff on which wall.

Trades got a PDF punch list every Friday and had to hunt for their items among two hundred others. The site manager names the trade on the defect, and it appears on that trade's list with the photo and location. Electricians see power points, painters see scuffs, and nobody can say they weren't told.

Trades marked items done over the phone, and the client's rep found half of them still wrong at the walkthrough. When a defect is marked fixed, the site manager checks it in person and either verifies it or rejects the fix with the reason written on the defect.
