What is a loan application portal?
A loan application portal is where applicants apply, upload their income and ID documents and follow their application, and underwriters approve or decline each one with a note on the file. It follows the Requests pattern: someone submits, someone decides, it moves through statuses. Pory generates it from a plain-English description, with a login for each role (applicant and underwriter) that shows only what that role should see, and flat pricing with unlimited applicants.
What it does
Applicants apply from their phone, not across a branch counter
Applying meant a twelve-page PDF, printed, filled in by hand and scanned back crooked. In Pory the applicant signs in and gives the amount, loan type, term and income, with the purpose in their own words. Underwriters get typed applications instead of deciphering handwriting.

Applicants upload payslips and ID to their own application
Payslips and ID used to arrive as email attachments that someone matched to the right application by hand. Each applicant sees the documents their application needs and uploads each file to its row: photo ID, payslips, bank statements. When the underwriter opens the application, the documents are already linked to it.

Underwriters decide each application with the reasoning kept on file
Decisions were recorded as a line in one system and an email in another. The underwriter opens the application, checks the income and the documents linked to it, and approves or declines it with a note on why. When the applicant calls, whoever answers can read the reason back.

Applicants see their loan move from submitted to a decision
Waiting on a loan decision is anxious, and silence makes people ring the branch twice a day. Each applicant sees their own application move from Submitted to Underwriting to Approved or Declined. Your lending team takes fewer "any news?" calls and spends the time underwriting.
